Report Submission Methods
Reports may be submitted exclusively by registered mail, using the following methods:

Format:
To ensure the confidentiality of the content, we recommend using the double envelope system:
– The inner envelope must contain the report and, if desired, the reporting party’s identification information.
– The outer envelope must contain only the recipient’s address and the words “Confidential – Whistleblowing”.

Important:
Reports that do not meet the minimum requirements may not be considered.
You may attach supporting documentation, and if you wish to remain anonymous, please do not include any personal data or references that would allow identification.
